Both weight losers got their asses kicked at work yesterday and earned a day long break from the race.

Day 3

Day three of the tumultuous battle begins.  Peter the Chef Girgis snores heavily in the next room, not knowing that he is about to be woken up to face his enemy.

Where will the exercise lead us today!?  Tune in later for the official weigh in and perhaps, a new leader in the race towards becoming the champion weight loser.

Day 2

Our two champions meet out of the ring for a weigh in.  Peter the Chef Girgis weighs in at 320 lbs giving him a win loss record of zero wins and 1 loss.  
Coop Nasty weighs in at 180 lbs giving hims a win loss record of zero wins, 1 draw, and zero losses.  

Our next exercise commences today to determine a new champion for tomorrow.  Can Peter the Chef Girgis outwork Coop Nasty and lose more weight to climb ahead in the ranks?

FIIGHTINNGG in the red corner! We have a heavyweight weighing in at 317 lbs with a professional record of zero wins -  zero losses.  Exercising out of Torrance, CA.... Peterrrrrr the Chef Giirrrrrgiissssss!!!!!

FIIGHTINNGG in the blue corner!  We have a welterwight weighing in at 180 lbs with a professional record of zero wins - zero losses.  Exercising out of Sacramento, CA... COOP   NAAAASSSTYYYY!!!

I want a clean workout.  There will be no quitting early or whining.  I want to see no post exercise eating of pizza.  We are going three rounds of twenty minutes followed by heavy stretching.
