Day three of the tumultuous battle begins. Peter the Chef Girgis snores heavily in the next room, not knowing that he is about to be woken up to face his enemy.

FIIGHTINNGG in the red corner! We have a heavyweight weighing in at 317 lbs with a professional record of zero wins - zero losses. Exercising out of Torrance, CA.... Peterrrrrr the Chef Giirrrrrgiissssss!!!!!
FIIGHTINNGG in the blue corner! We have a welterwight weighing in at 180 lbs with a professional record of zero wins - zero losses. Exercising out of Sacramento, CA... COOP NAAAASSSTYYYY!!!
I want a clean workout. There will be no quitting early or whining. I want to see no post exercise eating of pizza. We are going three rounds of twenty minutes followed by heavy stretching.
